In comfort 1-bedroom apartments in this beautiful 3-star sports hotel, which is located in the 1st line on the Atlantic Ocean, as you enter the charming fishing village of La Caleta. A spectacular location in which athletes will find all the finest services and facilities for relaxation. The hotel offers special nutrition, adapted to the athlete’s needs. The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen, a kettle, a toaster, a fridge, a TV with international channels, and free Wifi connection. There is also a safe for a fee. Moreover, the high-performance sports centre - Tenerife Top Training - is 12 minutes walking distance.

Schedule
Day 1
FRIDAY - Arrival in Tenerife
After arriving at the hotel, we will have a welcome evening for a social gathering to meet the group members and introduce the plan for the week.
Day 2
SATURDAY - 4 hours ride and running
You will receive your bike adjusted for you, and after we will have a 60km ride with 1200 m elevation gain. Then we will finish the ride at Tenerife Top Training (T3), where you will have a site tour to show you all the facilities, and you will have the possibility to do a running session.
Day 3
SUNDAY - Swimming and gym
On this day, we head to the sports centre to start with a technical swimming session focused on improving your technique. You can continue with a strength training session at the gym and wrap up the day with a revitalizing cold therapy at the spa area.
Day 4
MONDAY- 5 hours ride
One of the best tours of the week- THE MASCA ride. A 75 km and over 2,000 m of elevation loop on the west side of the Island, through the natural protected area of Teno Massif.
Day 5
TUESDAY - 3 hours 30 min ride and running
Today we make a 65 km ride starting to climb among typical Canarian style villages through San Miguel de Abona to Chimiche before descending to the sunny east coast of El Médano. The total elevation gain is 1200 m. In the afternoon, you have the option of a running session or gym, and stretching at Tenerife Top Training.
Day 6
WEDNESDAY - THE BIG DAY - CLIMBING MOUNT TEIDE
We reached the most exciting day of our camp to climb the highest mountain in Spain. It’s a 110 km ride through Granadilla to Boca Tauce, and down to Chio before returning to the starting point. The total elevation gain is 2674m, and the estimated time on the saddle is 6 hours.
Day 7
THURSDAY - Swimming and flume
On this day, we head to the sports centre to start with a technical swimming session focused on improving your technique, and after we will do the flume session with technical recording and evaluation. You can continue with a strength training session at the gym and wrap up the day with a revitalizing cold therapy at the spa area.
